What is the difference between a service and a solution?

A service is a capability, such as CRM development, an API integration or SEO. A solution combines several services around one outcome you can check, for example every website lead reaching the CRM with its source and receiving a reply the same working day. Services answer “what do you do?”. Solutions answer “which business problem do you solve, and how?”.

Which problems do the six solutions cover?

What does a solution look like in practice?

Take lead generation. A landing page (website development) has a form that creates a deal in the CRM with source and UTM parameters attached (CRM and sales automation). The contact receives a two-step follow-up email (email automation), and search pages bring qualified visitors in the first place (SEO). Each part is a service. The solution is the connected flow, tested end to end before launch, with one owner for the whole chain.

Every solution project starts the same way: we map the current process with the people who run it, mark where time and data get lost, and propose the smallest system that fixes it. How we work describes the stages; the services overview lists every building block.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Should we choose a service or a solution?

Choose a service when you already know what needs to be built, for example a new website or a CRM integration. Choose a solution when you know what is going wrong, such as slow lead follow-up or duplicate data entry, but not yet which systems are involved. A solution project starts by mapping the current process and then brings in the services it needs.

Can a solution use the tools we already have?

Usually, yes. Most solutions connect systems a company already uses, such as its CRM, shop platform, email tool or accounting software, and replace only what blocks the process. We check the APIs and data quality of your current tools early, because they decide whether an integration is simple or needs custom work.

Are your solutions ready-made packages?

No. Each solution follows a proven structure, for example capture, qualification, CRM, follow-up and reporting for lead generation, but the steps, rules and integrations are set up for your process, your tools and your languages. What stays constant is the engineering: tested flows, logging and clear ownership of every step.

How do you check that a solution works?

Before launch we agree on checks you can run yourself, such as a test lead that must appear in the CRM with its source and trigger the right follow-up, or an order that must reach the warehouse system once and only once. After launch we monitor the flows and fix failures, and we adjust rules when your process changes.

What happens after launch?

Automated flows need care: APIs change, rules age and new products arrive. We can monitor and maintain the system under a support agreement, or hand it over to your team with documentation and a runbook for the most common failures.
