What do the articles cover?
The articles cover four clusters that match the decisions companies bring to us: websites and what they cost, custom software and SaaS, CRM and automation, and SEO, GEO and AI search. Each article answers one question in full, lists its sources and links to the service that puts the answer into practice.
- Websites and costs. What a business website costs in Switzerland and what drives the price, and how to choose a web development partner.
- Software and SaaS. When custom software beats an off-the-shelf product, and what it takes to move a SaaS product from MVP to production.
- CRM and automation. Where to start with CRM automation, and how small and mid-sized companies automate marketing and sales one process at a time.
- SEO, GEO and AI search. What generative engine optimization is, how it differs from SEO, and how to prepare business content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.
Articles link to the matching services, so a reader who finishes the GEO explainer can see how we run GEO and AI search visibility projects, and a reader of the website cost guide can move on to website development.
Who writes them?
The Sensaria editorial team: the software engineers, automation specialists and search specialists in Lugano who design, build and run client systems. Topics come from questions clients ask and from our own research, including Swiss keyword data and fan-out analyses of what AI engines search for and cite.
How are articles reviewed and updated?
Each article is checked against primary sources before it is published, and the sources are listed at the end: Google Search Central for search topics, fedlex.admin.ch for Swiss law, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) for data protection. Legal facts are stated with their dates, for example the revised Federal Act on Data Protection in force since 1 September 2023 or the 8.1% Swiss VAT rate since 1 January 2024. Prices appear only as market ranges with a named source and date, never as Sensaria prices.
Every article shows its publish date and the date of its last update. We revise an article when a cited source changes, for instance when Google updates its documentation on AI features in Search or a Swiss rule changes, and the updated date changes with it.
